A wonderful discovery. A pizza truck with an authentic oven, producing excellent pizzas. The desserts are just as excellent. The thin, light crust contributes to this authentic taste. Congratulations to the entire team.

Born in Italy and a huge pizza lover, I can say without hesitation that this is the best pizza I've ever eaten in France! The dough is perfectly crispy and light, the ingredients are fresh, flavorful, and generous, and each bite is a true journey to Italy. A true hidden treasure in Le Monêtier! Bravo to the pizza maker! 👏 You've won over a demanding Italian woman!
